Any student interested in being on the Mock Trial team can come by the band hall any day this week from 3:00 to 3:30 to sign up and get more information.
Dayton High School has challenged PNG to see which school can raise the most “Bucks” in support of Special Olympics. The 1 st or 5 th period class that collects the most money will be treated to a Breakfast Pizza Party served by the Student Council.
Student Council make-up meeting will be today in room B113 immediately after school.
There will be a Criminal Justice Club meeting Thursday, November 8 th , immediately after school in room C102. All members are encouraged to attend and it is a mandatory meeting for those who are attending the Leadership Conference on Saturday, November 10 th . This week's movie clue is: “While Captain Kirk had a cameo appearance in this film, the Warren County Sanitarium is within our universe. Whatever you do, don't make your little brother mad!”
Key Club will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the LGI.
Provine will be doing picture retakes today during lunch periods.
Seniors: Balfour will be on campus during lunches today and tomorrow to take orders for caps, gowns, invitations, etc.
There will be an extremely important meeting for all members planning to attend FTA district convention on Thursday morning at 7:20 in A103. If you do not attend the meeting or see Mrs. Riggs this week, you will not be allowed to attend district convention.
There will be an informational meeting for all students interested in competing in UIL Computer Applications in Room D-104 on Wednesday, November 7 immediately after school. Please see Ms. Shipman if you are interested but unable to attend the meeting.
Key Club will be taking donations for “Operation Christmas Child”. All donations can be made before school and after school in room C109. Also, during all lunches, there will be a drop off station at the front of the cafeteria. A list of items needed is posted on the door to C109 and in the cafeteria. We also need shoeboxes to pack these items.
Any student who is interested in trying out for the boy's or girl's soccer team needs to come by room A 115 to pick up a physical form. Tryouts begin November 26 th at 3:15 p.m. Girls may see Coach Bates or Coach Werkheiser.
Juniors: If you do not receive a bulletin in your history class, or if you're not in a history class, you may pick up a copy in the counselors' office.
