Any girl interested in trying out for the golf team must have a physical form prior to practice. Sign up with Ms. Comeaux in the athletic office.

PTA will be selling playoff shirts today during lunch and at the pep rally.

Key Club wants to say thank you to everyone that donated gifts and boxes to Operation Christmas Child.  They were able to send 65 boxes to this wonderful project. 

Lamar State College Port Arthur will be hosting a College Night for Mid/South County Students on Tuesday, December 4 th .  It will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Carl Parker Center .  If you are a junior or senior, please plan to attend this event.  Colleges from various areas will have booths set up with information about admission, scholarships, and financial aid.

Any student who is interested in trying out for the boy's or girl's soccer team needs to come by room A 115 to pick up a physical form. Tryouts begin November 26 th at 3:15 p.m. Girls may see Coach Bates or Coach Werkheiser.

National Honor Society will be hosting its annual blood drive on November 27 th from 1:30 – 5 p.m. in the HOSA room in loving memory of our friend Karmen Dupuis. Come out and support a life-sharing event.

Congratulations to the PNG Thespian Troupe for their accomplishments at the Texas Thespian State Festival this weekend. Chirs P, Samantha P, Johnna K, and Ashlynn S received Honorable Mention in the Technical Relay Event, and Chad S received a $1000 scholarship.

Congratulations the varsity football team for their victory over Galena Park Friday night. We will play Lamar Consolidated Saturday night in Baytown at 7 p.m. in the Regional Playoff round. Student tickets are on sale in the attendance office for $4. Adult tickets are on sale at the Administration Building.

Congratulations to the boys varsity basketball team for placing 2 nd in the PNG Indian Classic this weekend. The Indians were defeated by Ozen 75-40 in the championship game. Ryan M, Travis T, and Travis W were selected to the All-Tournament Team. The Indians are now 4-1.

Congratulations to the girls JV basketball team for placing 2 nd in the Dayton Tournament this weekend.
