The Criminal Justice Club will have a meeting Thursday, December 6 th immediately after school in room C102. All members are encouraged to attend as we will be discussing the Christmas Community Service Project and our club's Christmas Party!
There will be a meeting on Thursday, December 6 th in the girl's gym for any girl interested in playing golf this spring.
This is a reminder that Key Club officers will meet tonight at 6 p.m. with members meeting at 7 p.m.
Congratulations to Jessica T who will advance to the All-State choir auditions in January and to Jared A who was named alternate.
Beginning January 11, 2008, all vehicles parked on school property will display an appropriate hang tag. Hang tags may be purchased for $2 in the CATE office. You must attach a copy of your driver's license and proof of insurance to your application before a hang tag will be issued. Please see your student handbook and code of conduct for penalties related to parking violations.
Any student wishing to purchase a Team Esquivel T shirt can come by C105 to purchase one. The cost is $15.
Student Council T shirts and hoodies are in. See Mrs. Yosko in room B 113.
Girls and boys cross country team pictures are scheduled for Tuesday, December 11 th at Leo Weeks Studio at 3:15 for boys and 3:30 for girls. Girls are to wear their uniform and cross country jacket and bring the rest of your clothes to turn in that day. Any girl who did not run in the district meet needs to turn in all clothing now to Coach Sheffield.
Student Council will host a Silver Bell Ball on Friday, December 14 th from 8:30 – 11 p.m. in the cafeteria. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $5 per person. Group pictures will be taken at the following times: Freshmen 10 p.m.; sophomores 10:10 p.m.; juniors 10:20 p.m. and seniors 10:30 p.m.
Lamar State College Port Arthur will be hosting a College Night for Mid/South County Students tonight from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Carl Parker Center . If you are a junior or senior, please plan to attend this event. Colleges from various areas will have booths set up with information about admission, scholarships, and financial aid.
